Orange and T-Mobile Merge: Become Largest Mobile Firm of UK

Deal between T-Mobile and Orange to merge create the biggest mobile firm in UK with 28.4 million customers and sales up to 9.4bn euros ($13.5 bn). T-Mobile with 15 % share is fourth largest mobile firm of UK and Orange has 22% share on the 3^rd largest operator. With 27% share O2 is on the first place and Vodafone on second with 25% market share. Now the combined T-Mobile and Orange have 37 percent of the UK mobile market.
